When a issue transition to new status, an error occurs.

Error: "The call to the JIRA server did not complete within the timeout period. We are unsure of the result of this operation."

In log:

 /rest/viewIssue/1/remoteIssueLink/render/25635 [viewissue.issuelink.rest.RemoteIssueLinkResource] Error occurred while generating final HTML for remote issue link: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: Failed to load Confluence Page from remote server Caused by: java.io.IOException: Failed to load Confluence Page from remote server Caused by: com.atlassian.sal.api.net.ResponseException: Status Code: 200, Status Text: OK, Errors: {}, Error Messages: [java.lang.Exception: com.atlassian.confluence.rpc.RemoteException: You're not allowed to view that page, or it does not exist.]

Hi @Marat,

Are you not able to open the links in JIRA or Confluence pages are not accessible?  What are the versions of JIRA and Confluence?

If it is appearing all the times during the transitions, better to restart the JIRA once.

Please review the documentation here and follow the suggested options. 

I will also suggest you to reverify the application links in the JIRA/Confluence. 

As per the error message, "You're not allowed to view that page, or it does not exist.", verify if you have all the permissions.
