We upgraded from JIRA 6.4 to JIRA  7.3. After the upgrade the automation rule which is working fine in the former version raises the error: com.atlassian.jira.exception.DataAccessException. I have no idea why sad Please advice! Thanks, Ute

Hi Ute, Have you tried to copy the rule settings, delete it, and add it again?
