Error "we couldn't save your comment"

A couple of days ago I started getting this error message when doing a copy and paste from Salesforce into a comment. I've been doing copy and paste from Salesforce for a very long time. What has changed? I should not have to copy to another application, like Word, to remove "formatting" that always worked in the past. This looks like a bug.

Hi Paula,

Are you doing these manually or does your company use a third party application with Jira and Salesforce? If you are not an instance Admin and unsure on your integrations you may want to speak to your Jira company Admin as only they have access to the third party apps in your instance.
