Hello,
I am receiving the following error when I move cards around on the Kanban board I'm using.
I recently conducted and upgrade from 9.2 ---> 9.12
I have not found any documentation or solutions that resolves the error.

Hi @Matt Hurt ,
I haven't seen this exact error myself and I have upgrade many times. Perhaps, it maybe due maybe due to add-ons. Try starting in safe-mode in the managed apps page. If you see the kanban board working once more, then enable the apps one by one to see which one maybe the culprit. Once it's isolated to an app, may try to reinstall the app. If it's still an issue even in safe mode, try to capture the support zip log an send it over to Atlassian support for investigation.
All the best!
looks like the culprit is Xray plugin after an upgrade to 9.12.x in our case:
Update: We have uninstalled and reinstalled the xray plugin
During a reinstallation the plugin keeps the same old configuration. So you don't lose anything, but it's always nice to backup before doing anything drastic.

Same here - facing this in our QA JIRA 9.12.2 . Interestingly , I do not see it in my other environment running the same version of jira and plugins

I have also faced this error. Recently , I updated by QA environment and I see this error when I more jira issues in a board - not all issues , some random issues in the board.
I am also in 9.12.2
