Error transffering from OnDemand to self-hosted

Right now we have an OnDemand account and I'm trying to transfer over the project and issue data to a self-hosted version (6.2.5), yet when I run the import on the OnDemand backup, I get an error during the import.

The error starts with "Error importing data: org.xml.sax.SAXException: com.atlassian.jira.exception.DataAccessException: org.ofbiz.core.entity.GenericEntityException: while inserting:"

What am I doing wrong? Is there another way I should be backing up the original data? I am just creating a Jira backup through the backup manager in the OnDemand site.

Hello Andrew,

my suggestion is to open a ticket to Atlassian https://support.atlassian.com.Other people had the same issue and Atlassian team suggested to open a private ticket for that. Please take a look here, https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-35073
