Error when I select "view issue" on a ticket

I receive JIRA tickets from our Oracle Billing Utilities Support Team and when I select "view issue" I get an error message?

What kinds of error messages do you see in the Jira system logs?

* You can view Jira system logs by navigating to <JIRA HOME>/log/atlassian-jira.log
