Error when opening an XML search result

I have created several searches/filters and have received errors when attempting to open them as an XML. I have received the error when attempting to open as an XML after the initial creation and when opening an existing filter.

After creating a query I click the Views option and then click XML. I then receive the error when it attempts to open. Just as a note, I am able to access the Printable and Full Content features without any problems, only get the error when selecting XML.

I am using the OnDemand version of Jira.

Has anyone experienced this problem? If so, how was it resolved?

I just get a message that the page cannot be opened when clicking the XML option within the Views dropdown on the Issue Navigator page (Safari can’t open the page “feed:https://(company name).atlassian.net/sr/jira.issueviews:searchrequest-xml/temp/SearchRequest.xml?jqlQuery=project+%3D+%22Quality+Assurance%22&tempMax=1000” because Safari can’t load any data from this location.)
