Error when try to enable Jira Agile plug-in 6.3.2.2 (trial) wit Jira 5.2.9 (50 Users: Commercial License)

It seems the trouble was in access to logs. When I removed all Jira logs it worked.

What is the end date of your JIRA license? Perhaps it is no more valid.
