Error while attaching excel to jira story

Hi Team,

Unable to upload excel/documents to a JIRA issues. While trying to upload getting below error.

["File "B2B-2824 Component List V1.xlsx" was not uploaded

An error occured while attaching B2B-2824 Component List V1.xlsx: Could not save attachment data from stream"]

• Happening with all the files
• Checked it on other browsers as well but getting same issue

But where as other team members are able to upload the same file. I do have have Create Attachment permission still unable to upload the attachments.

Can someone help me on this?

@Kanaka Ponnuru Prasad If permissions are the same and the file is the same I am not aware of anything other than the computer that could be causing the issue.  The error you are seeing also leads me to believe it is an issue with the browser of computer configuration.  I would suggest checking the browser and seeing if you have any plugins.  Plugins can causes issues and it is something I have seen before.

Didn't try that option because they have their machines allotted for their work.

Any other reason why only few are unable to upload the documents to the JIRA issues?

Does it work on one of the other computers that you teammates are using?
