We are  unable to attach any screenshots to Jira

Hello Ram, 

In order to resolve your issue, you need to check your permissions in your project: [Your project] > Project settings > Permissions

You need to have Create Attachments permission to attach files. 

If you can't see the settings, you can ask to your project admin or Jira admin.

Hi @Ram Charan Reddy VALLURU ,

Could you maybe provide some more information about the issue? Is there no option to attach the file(s) or is system throwing an error message whenever trying to attach the file? Also, are we talking about Jira (software or business project) or Jira Service Management?

You might want to check project permission (scheme) to see if users have appropriate permissions to attach files to issues. 

Additionally, permission properties might have been added to the workflow so that might be worth checking out as well.
