Error while migrating the site from one organization to other

Hi Team,
I am trying to migrate the site "suffolkedge.atlassian.net" from SuffolkEdge organization to Suffolk Organization but receiving the error "Failed to perform action at this time. Please try again later." while migrating the same. Could you please help to fix the error.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

The issue that you are facing when transferring products is something that must be unblocked on our side.

With this said, I fixed it here on both organizations and now you should be able to transfer the products.

Thanks @Angélica Luz , it resolved the issue.

I tried to search for for the resolution but could not find one and also the error message did not provide any indication about any missing setup so could you also let me know how to check and fix the blockage.

I tried to create a new site under our existing organization with premium plan but ended up creating a new organization so now trying to migrate new organization, site and projects to the  existing organization with premium plan.
