Error while updating email in contact information

Hi,

While trying to update email id, I get the verification link by email but on trying to update I get the following error:

Unable to verify the email

Something went wrong at our end while trying to validate your email.

Please log in to try again.

Could you please confirm this was not just a temporary issue and is stil happening?

If so, could you please kindly outline the steps you have taken that brings this error message up?
