Hello,
For the second time this week, we are facing an error with attachments in tickets.
It appears randomly and stays until we reboot the VM (we didn't try to only restart the service for the moment).
So when the issue is present, we cann't add any attachment to any ticket.
If we try to, the attachment "appears" but an "error message" shows up and a red line appears over the attachment.
Also the only clue we have is in atlassain-jira.log :

The error started after our last ticket : CA-2799532 Insight not working

After investigation, the <JIRA Home>/caches/tmp_attachments directory was missing.

We had no trouble before insight licence did expire.
