Looking at the reported errors one that stands out to me is the "Cannot Delete Issues Due to Turkish Locale"

As for supported Databases, that will depend on what version of Jira you are running, but you can see what is supported here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/supported-platforms-938846830.html
By default is shows the latest version, but you can switch that to the version you are running in the top right hand corner of the page.

My first priority would be the database - you seem to be using an unsupported database , so that could have so many unknown problems.
Your reindexing is also failing . I think you should first use the right version of database to being with.
