Hi, We are migrating some projects from Jira server to Jira Cloud by using "jira-migration-plugin-0.9.13" and facing some issues. The errors log is given below:

We have also used option "None, migrate users and groups only" that option migrate only 2333 users and we have 3192 users on Jira Server.
**Manually invite users on Jira Cloud also not works.
