Even system admin cannot see bulk edit option in project permission scheme

Bulk edit option has vanished for all the team members except site admin.

Even system admin cannot see bulk edit option in project permission scheme to help debug the issue

@Thomas Kurian - 'Make bulk changes' is one of the global permissions. Please add the system admin group to this permission.

The 'make bulk changes' is a global permission, not a project permission.
