Every new issue has an old activity/attachment on it, why?

I have a "sandbox" space I'm using to try out JIRA and Confluence features, workflows, templates, etc. When a create a new issue, of any type, there's always an old activity attached to it from almost a month ago and it's the logo I changed for the space and if you click on the date it goes to the home page I created. Why?
