Ex-employees and Time Reports for Jira Cloud.

We use time reports for Jira Cloud to track percentage of time spent and allocate costs.

I'm currently going back through 2021 and pulling data for the auditors.

The issue is that I can't select a user that has left the company even though they have time recorded for the period I am reporting on. Is there a way to do this without reactivating the user temporarily?

Hi Jenson,

I think worklogs for ex-employees should appear if you enable All Users option in the report menu. 

Note, you may try specifying Exclude Groups: jira-users also, to see only ex-empoyees.
