Hi,
I tried to migrate my self hosted Jira Software to cloud, but when I ran the migration check, it said I may exceed your user limit. I currently have 6 users on my self hosted Jira and 3 uers on cloud. I am on a 10 users free plan, and it said the usage is 3 of 10 users.
Do I just ignore the warning and keep going?
Yes, it should be fine - it looks a warning, rather than an error.
As the warning states, the total number of users with product access must be 10 or less for each Jira product.
If you'll have at max 9 (i.e 3 now, 6 to migrate), then the migration should succeed.

Hi, @Triumph Support
Yes, you can keep going with the migration. The message about the user limit is just a warning: Jira is trying to notify you about a potential issue.
Here are some explanations for the symbols and possible errors.
While you can go with the migration, please keep in mind that it is still worth verifying that you don't exceed 10 users if you are on a free plan. If you don't exceed this limitation and still receive a notification on Cloud - here is a possible option for dealing with the issue.
Here are some useful notes on user migration (check the "When migrating users and groups section).
Lastly, this page can help you decide what is the best option for users and groups migration if you plan to run a migration with a larger number of users in the nearest time.
Cheers,
Alex
