Excel Download in Issue navaigator does not give unform data format

Hi,

when i download excel from the issue navigator screen i see all sorts of date format.Is there any way where i can get uniform date formats in excel.

All the JIRA standard dates should be in the same format. I am guessing you are seeing different formats for third party custom fields and if so, there is nothing you can do unless there is an option to modify that format provided by the plugin itself.

The field name is issue" created "which is not a custom field .. and this has different date formats in excel.

To clarify here - when you do a download to excel, you include the column "created" and you get rows with different date formats?

Can you export that Excel to CSV and see how the dates are coming when you open it in a Text editor?

Or, even don't export, just open the downloaded file in a text editor...
