I was able to get a few updates, but now, my JQL seems to be stuck on 0 of  X rows imported.

Hi Chris,

Sorry you’re running into this issue. With the built-in Excel plugin, the usual first step is to log out of your Atlassian account in Excel and log back in. Also, double-check your JQL in Jira itself to make sure it returns results—sometimes permissions or a typo can cause zero imports.

The Excel plugin is free and simple, but it can be unreliable, especially for larger or more complex queries. If you need something more robust, Mobility Stream offers a paid Excel Online Integration for Microsoft Office 365 that handles bigger datasets and advanced fields with much greater reliability. You can read more in our user guide.

If you have detailed questions, feel free to contact support@mobilitystream.com.

Kind regards,

The Mobility Team

Hello, Good day. Could you logout and login from the Excel (Atlassian account logout and login) and check the performance?. Thanks
