Excel data import in to Jira

Hi, quick question. 

 

I have data within Excel which I have created pivot tables from. Nothing too complicated. 7 Rows x 3 columns of data. 

I would like to sync the output in to Jira and create within a dashboard. Is this possible without Power Bi?

 

If so, how would the sync work? would this be a manual process?
