Excel export error by using Big Gantt add-on with Jira Agile

Hi,

We use a JIRA platform version 6.3.15 with the module or add-on Office 2010 to export data with Excel or Word format.

We are testing the add-on Big Gantt V7.1.2 and have a problem when we running the Excel export: The export failled and the error message tell about a time out server. For this test we are using very few issue types, less that 50.

Can you tell us what shall be the origin of our problem ? Thanks in advance.

That's not my Gantt chart for JIRA: you are mixing vendors. Please update the answer tag/label properly.
