Hi!
In our atlassian-jira.log we have a lot of SQL Exception with following error:
Exception caught in 500 page org.ofbiz.core.entity.GenericDataSourceException: SQL Exception while executing the following:SELECT pkey, PROJECT, REPORTER, ASSIGNEE, issuetype, SUMMARY, DESCRIPTION, ENVIRONMENT, PRIORITY, RESOLUTION, issuestatus, CREATED, UPDATED, DUEDATE, RESOLUTIONDATE, VOTES, WATCHES, TIMEORIGINALESTIMATE, TIMEESTIMATE, TIMESPENT, WORKFLOW_ID, SECURITY, FIXFOR, COMPONENT FROM pjira1.jiraissue WHERE ID=? (An I/O error occured while sending to the backend.)
This month we had this problem about 300 times and I don't know what I can do against it.
I searched in google and on this site, but couldn't find the same problem.
Thanks for your help
King regards
Hi Rene
I would recommend you to raise this issue in the https://support.atlassian.com for better support coverage. The log contains too few details. So, if you are limiting the data exposure of your instance, you can ask for assistance on the Support page.
Cheeers,
Daniel
