Experienced unable to view and access the created issue

As I created the groups with assigned member in a project, the user capable to create issue, but unable to view and access that create issue with the message " We couldn't connect to that issue".

I have already assigned permission to that account and the group.

The problem looks like the users don't have the browse project permission, you can review all the permissions here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/managing-project-permissions-861253293.html

You can try to add this user as an individual user in this permission on the permission schema and all works fine to add the complete group.
