Export Data from Jira 4.1.2 to Jira Cloud

Dear Sirs, 

We want to export our data from a Jira server 4.1.2 to Jira Cloud. Does it have an option that permits to export the data immediatelly (CSV, etc) or a process that permits us to do it?

Hi Cynthia,

The best way is to perform the export in CSV.

Considering the fact that this is an old version, the best solution would require an update of the version.

However, if it's not possible, I recommend you to try to perform this using CSV.
