Export boards from Trello to Jira

I need to migrate the projects that I have in Trello to Jira
I have the free version of Jira Software since we are less than 10 professionals
Can I import those boards from trello?

the issue is that in my Jira, the option to import / Export does not appear
I followed the instructions:

Choose> System
In the Import and Export section, click External system import.
Select Trello.

will I need to install an additional app?

   You are an instance administrator, because you should have the option in the menu on the left sidebar

   Me extrañan varias cosas de tu imagen, no veo la opción de "sistema", mi versión es Jira Software 2002-2021 y es Cloud.

   Yo soy administradora de la instancia, tu lo eres?, a lo mejor también ahí está porque no te aparece.

   ¿Qué versión tienes tú?, dame pistas a ver si puedo ayudarte, gracias a ti

Gracias a tu ayuda ya he podido sincronizar Trello con Jira

Aun no puedo importar los tableros por alguna razón pero me voy a dedicar a analizarlo
