hi, I need to change Jira url. But if i know, i can`t do this on free plan. So, i`m going to create another one with correct url and then create backup using "backup manager". But there is a problem. I have an error:

Hello I was looking into this as well and ran into the same issue.

My workaround was to export all the issues (using advanced search).

From there, I did a system import and mapped all the fields in my new Jira instance and after a couple minutes, had all my issues in the new Jira.  Hope this works for you as well.
