Export large number of issues to csv

I am trying to export the result of a JQL search that results in over 25k issues. It times out if I use the Export CSV (Current fields). Can the results be broken into smaller groups? I do not know what issues the search will return, so is there a way to tell the Export function an issue count limit?

I appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you.
