This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Working with search results
In Issues Search, I have been using Export to Excel (HTML, All fields) or Excel (HTML, Current fields) options for the past weeks. But now I cannot see these options. They have been replaced by Export to Excel (CSV, All fields) or Excel (CSV, Current fields).
Any idea where this setting is done?
We are also really missing this option. Export to CSV in not an option since its comma separated and text can include commas as well. Import to Excel becomes corrupt.
Hi there,
With add-on ImpEx you can import and export your issues to XLSX or HTML (even with comments, images and attachments)!
Feel free to give it a try: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.moresimp.impex/server/overview
Best regards, Mark

I can see both Excel and CSV options. However, the Excel options do not work. The CSV options do work. As the Excel file contains formatting, I prefer to export to Excel.
When can we expect the Excel export as it has until now?
