Exporting data from cloud to on-prem database

For reporting purpose, we are looking at data dump from on-cloud to our on-prem database. First question is if this can be done. Second question is if it can be done, is there a standard way for doing this like data bulk download, prebuilt API or tool, etc. Thanks...

You can use Jira Cloud Rest Api to dump issue data:

Alexey - I am interested in not just issue data but all the data including add-ons tool that I am interested in adding. Is there an easy way to get all that data to my on-prem data warehouse? Thanks...

There is no easy way. Even the Jira Cloud backup does not contain all data from Jira plugins. You should use Rest Api of these plugins.
