I exported some search results and the exported data is not indicating the current status for each row(which could be found for each data row inside its link/hyperlink). The problem occurs with HTML/CSV exported files.

Hi @Akram Gaber and welcome to the community!

To export the status value for issues, that column needs to be included in the export.  You may either add it to the view on screen and export Current Fields, or you can just export All Fields.

Best regards,

Bill

Hello Bill ,

Thank you for your answer. I did add the column of the Linked Issues, however my problem is that exporting the column doesn't differentiate between the closed linked issues and the open ones. The are all shown in the same format. In Jira they are differentiated by a line on the issue Id  number for those which are closed. When exporting there is no difference between them.

Thank you,

Akram

Hi @Akram Gaber

Thanks for clarifying.  I'm am not certain that can happen with Jira's out-of-the-box features for export of filter results.  Would you please post the query/filter you are trying so perhaps other people could see and suggest ways to help?

Best regards,

Bill
