External Access to Single JIRA Project in Mixed Classic/Net-Gen Environment

We are operating both Classic and Next-Gen Projects within our JIRA Cloud instance. We have a need to provide external access to at least one of our clients. Is there a way to configure JIRA to permit access to only one of the JIRA Next-Gen Projects exclusively? I can see how in might be done in the Classic projects via the Browse Projects property, but cannot see how this might be done in the Next-Gen ones. Ideally the external user would log in and see only that one project.  Is this possible?
