External users can not log in to JIRA after user id created for them at JIRA

We have created the JIRA users for the external users who has their email address on different domains but they are forced to login through Microsoft account while accessing the JIRA link. As they don't have Microsoft account so , they couldn't login to JIRA

Can you please help here?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If the user is forced to log in with SSO, it means that they have an Atlassian account and their account might be managed because the domain was verified. 

I wasn’t able to find any Cloud site linked to the email address you are using here in Community, but in case your site is on the Standard or Premium plan and you are the site administrator, you can reach out to the support team on https://support.atlassian.com/contact and share with them the email address of the affected account.

Hello Harshada,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Checking the details of your site, since there are few users, I was able to check their accounts too and confirmed that the domain of the users you mentioned is verified and it's managed with Atlassian access.

That's the reason why they are redirected to login with Microsoft because their domain was verified by someone else and they use SAML. 

Please, ask both of the users to check with the administrator of their domain if everything is correct with their account, if they are active and, if they don't know the password, they must reset.

Is there any way the users can prevent to sign up without their Microsoft account?

We are still not able to resolve this issue.

Since their domain is verified, they must contact the owner of the domain lxxxxxxxxxk.com to fix this, otherwise, it will be necessary to use another email address to access your site.

Hi @Angélica Luz

I'm admin and have the exact problem for one external user. I have checked if they're active and changed there password.

They are forced to login through Microsoft account while accessing the JIRA link. And can still NOT log in to Jira... 

What can I do?
