Is there a way to add extra fields to the issue-solved window? I'd like to add:

- Kilometers driven 
- Non-SLA issue

etc.

Yes, you can add custom fields to JIRA if you are an administrator.

There should be a screen attached to this workflow transition. Might be "resolve issue screen". You can update this screen with the fields needed. 

You may navigate to the Workflow and under stand which screen is used here.
