Is there a way to add extra fields to the issue-solved window? I'd like to add:
- Kilometers driven
- Non-SLA issue
etc.
Yes, you can add custom fields to JIRA if you are an administrator.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
There should be a screen attached to this workflow transition. Might be "resolve issue screen". You can update this screen with the fields needed.
