Is there a way to extract the user management data (users, groups, ...) before wiping the JIRA and then importing those settings into a new JIRA installation? We use the JIRA user management for our confluence while trying to get JIRA working and we are in a situation where we need to start fresh with a new JIRA but we can't just delete everything since we actually use the confluence in a production environment. I know this is not optimal, but I am not the one who decided it and now have to work with what I have...
Hi Vinzenz,
You can try the workaround available on How to Export Users to CSV from JIRA.
Thanks and regards,
