In the future, what is the best way to report an issue if Contact Support is down and the status page is not showing any issues?

I don't see this in the status page at all, but we're completely unable to access JIRA and I'm unable to contact support about it.
Multiple people across jira projects and boards affected.
I first saw the issue when I tried to open task and it said:
> We couldn't connect to that issue.
After a hard refresh didn't work, I tried logging out and back in again. But when I tried to log in it showed:
> Internal server error
Then I tried to report the issue to support and the top of the page has this message
> Support Service Connection Issue
> There may be an issue reaching our backend service. This could result in your form submission failing to create a support ticket.
So I'm trying posting here in the Community in the hopes that someone at Atlassian will see this post and let us know what's going on and when it will be fixed. (Or at least acknowledge the issue on the status page.)

same here the status page says all is working but it is not I can get to the contact us page but cannot submit an issue either started a little after 5pm CST for me
