How is the earned value computed? Is it possible to type it in myself?

Im Sorry. FOLIO is a plugin for Jira to measure project cost. There is a graph in the report function that shows the earned value and i dont know how to work with it.

I think you need to explain your question a bit more - most of us won't know what "folio" is (I can take a guess, but I'm not certain I'm right) and what part of it you are trying to use.
