Hi Team
I'm working with the Jira Connector to automate issue creation on the Jira board. The connection from Agent was successful, but when providing inputs for creating an issue, there are three required attributes that need to be populated—either dynamically by AI, with custom values, or through customization. The AI method doesn't correctly retrieve the Jira Instance from the connector and returns an error. Using custom values also results in errors, and even when entering the details manually through customization, the error persists.
Could someone assist me in resolving this Jira Connector issue?
Here is the error I'm encountering:
Welcome. Those codes leads to token issues. However, based on the message regarding the message body, it may indicate that something was added to the body which it does not like.
You might want to take a look at the limitation and known issues section of this page:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/jira/
Perhaps there is a field needed that is required or something on that list.
@Benjamin - Which codes are you referencing? I am not adding anything additional to message body, there three pre-requisite which was provided as per specs. To me it seems, since our org uses cloud hosted jira, I think the jira instance URL might differ. And I am not sure how the cloud hosted Jira URL looks like. Let me know your thoughts?
I am reaching out internal jira team as well to check this out
