Facing issue with mentioning Users

I'm unable to mention users in the comments from yesterday. As I type in "@" the pop up shows "Add teammate to JIRA software" wherein usually it shows me the list of teammates. Similarly I'm unable to search for users in the Issues Filter as well, making it very difficult for me to access or filter out issues on the board.

I checked my Project, I'm able to see the Project and all my teammates. But the above mentioned issues still prevail.

Hi @Krishendu M ,

Please check with your Jira admin whether you are having the access to "Browse users and groups" under "Global permissions", if you are not at all able to view any user.
