Fail import test case from xls file

When I try to import test via Zephry test case importer from xls file to JIRA Cloud, I receive below error:

Thu Mar 17 12:59:27 EDT 2016 Unable to add testcase ending at rowNumber - 11. Error:Unexpected response code: 400

Thu Mar 17 12:59:27 EDT 2016 TestCases (3).xlsx imported successfully..!

Can anyone help?

I don't have extra row. I tried to copy the exact data to a new excel file and I still can't import. 

Do you have chara limited for each column? here is the attached test cases

Hi Lydia,

How many TC you have in this xls?

Maybe you have empty line or sth? Probably in the 11 row...

It is common mistake.
