Failed to retrieve project data

Hello,

I'm getting this message from my Jira project and I don't know why.

I can't access the project settings, it says that an error occurred and also the port for opening tickets stopped working. But, I can only access open calls from my account.

Hi @[deleted] and welcome to the community,

It looks like you don't have access to the project (anymore), you are probably missing the browse project permission. Maybe somebody deleted you from the project or the permission scheme changed (which excluded you).

So you better get in touch with the project admin or the Jira admin.

I'm the project administrator, there's no way I can't have access, I'm the one who created the project.
