Can help me resolving this issue. Here are the details of the error message.

An error was encountered whilst handling messages from the mail server
"POP Mail Server" using the handler "class com.atlassian.studio.jira.service.util.handler.StudioEmailHandler".

The error was:

It appears that:

• the email address that sent that email is not in the user base.
• The mail handler doesn't have a default reporter so and issue can't be created (No reporter = no Create Issue Permission)
• No new user can be created to set as reporter (some systems allow user creation when the user is not found but not in your case)

To solve it, I would suggest setting a Default reporter with Create Issue permissions on the Mail Handler configuration.
