How to create a Feature in JIRA

Follow the below steps:

• Contact Jira Administrator
• Request them to create "Feature" issue type on your Jira instance(If not available already)
• Request Jira Admin to associate it with your project
• Once Done, you will be able to create Features within your project just like you create any other issue by clicking on "Create" button on the top bar.

Click "create" in the top bar, and then select a project that uses the "feature" issue type, then select "feature" as the issue type and fill in the other fields as required.
