Field Configuration - getting 500 error (jira cloud)

we use Jira on demand (cloud) when I try to change the "Field Configuration" by adding another project to the "Assignee" field but when I'm clicking on the "update" button I'm getting 500 error page.

this is the error I'm getting:

com.atlassian.jira.scope.IllegalScopedEntityArgumentException: Illegal Entity Scope for Entity class (SCREEN). Expected entity scope 'GLOBAL' but has scope 'PROJECT'
