Hello, I have a TABLEAU dashoard connected to JIRA project app via web connector www.aioreports.com. I need to add a field located in the Details pane called "Quantity of failures" however when search for it it doesn't come up.
You can turn to the app vendor directly for support in this issue.
Is the field you mention a custom field? If yes, you can also take a look at other apps as an alternative - like our Tableau Connector for Jira . It allows to export all fields including custom fields from Jira to Tableau.
