Field to become mandatory when another field is modified

Good Day Team,

I have query regarding Script Runner and I was wondering if you Guys can assist me on this.

The situation is If I change the priority field for a story to 'Critical' I want the comment field to  become mandatory.

Is it possible to do this via script runner and if yes how to we proceed and what scripting is involved in it.
