Fields in Jira?

Hello, 

I am planning to have a standard fields to be used all the time with the issues in my company, and have many questions regarding the fields;

1. What is the standard structure of fields for each issue?
2. What is the best use of Smart Checklist, and do we use it for Definition of Done or Acceptance Criteria checklists?

another question is regarding the Requirement, how to connect requirements with project or epic ?

Speaking of Smart Checklist, it can be used both for Definition of Done and Acceptance Criteria. It allows you to set the list of steps that should be completed, mark them as Done/In progress, or set custom statuses. You can also see the overall progress on the checklist completion on the Agile board. Check out the Get Started page and the main Features & Possibilities.
