I have a category field in that field I have 4 options 

1.Evalution

2.Decision

3.Implementation

4.Review

The question is Decision is only begin when all category of Evaluation are concluded and in status is  Done 

Please help me out.This one is" urjent "

Anyway, if you want to hide the options depending on the conditions, I would recommend using a plugin that does it.

For example "Behaviors" from Scriptrunner.

It seems to me that rather than using a select field you need to work this into your workflow. The values you have illustrated seem to reflect workflow statuses.
