Filter on Kanban Board

I have 2 separate boards, and setup exactly the same, but at the top i see different options, can someone assist?

The one image shows fix versions, vs. vw netsuite go-live, would appreciate how I can edit these.

Go to the configuration of the board and look at the quick filters setting. That appears to be what is driving that information.

Hi! Each board has its own quick filters.

You will need to access board settings of each board and edit them on Quick Filters
